Missing starts
I seem to be missing Unworthy Entrepreneur and Accomplished scientist starts from my start new game option list. Split expansion is installed and both those starts are present. I have tried a re-install of X4 - still two missing. Any ideas?

Those two Starts have special Requirements that you need to met in any other Start.

For the Accomplished Scientist you need to unlock the HQ in any other Start for example.
