Magnetar Vanguard not mining
Bought an L size mineral miner in Argon Prime and sent it to, Grand Exchange I, and it hasn't started filling it's haul even tho it has been going from roid to roid.

edit: Do I need mining drones even tho I have mining laser? Do I need cargo drones then to?

Search a nice Spot your Ship is supposed to Mine... place a Probe there.. set the Ship to AutoSector Mine.

Find Customers for your Ship and place Sats near them...


finally just do not look how your nervous Miner is doing their work... leave them alone and they will do what they are made for.

I have other miners in system working just fine. I'm guessing my large miner needs drones?

Jesus christ.... Now that the Large miner has drones I ordered it to return to mine, but it keeps flying another system away and sitting...

I superb AI decided it would be best to take the scenic route back to grand exchange.... Instead of two Jumps it went 7+ jumps...

May i present? The Grand Exchange Tour.

I don't know what it is with that specific System... all Ships tend to use their very own "Shortcuts" when going from Blackhole Sun to 18 Billion or Nopileos Fortune... though, smaller Ships are eventually right about the time vs. distance evaluation... though... larger Vessels are certainly not.

Anyway... it could be worse.. there could be a Xenon System on the Route.

I find going from Argon Prime to Grand Exchange, my ships often like to take in the local activities so detour through Hatikvah's choice. You may want to add that sector to a blacklist as it can get quite lively.

I keep a satellite at the gate to keep an eye on it.
