Split medical supplies centre blueprints

I have Argon,Teladi and Paranid.
The FRF rep has not got them neither has the Curbs rep WHY?

They should have it at FRF I have gotten it there on 2 play through I think. Could only suggest double checking carefully. I have missed blueprints and had to double back for a second or third look myself.

What FRF does not have the other Split does. Both splits have the best of something, Its not that one is better than the other.

When i try to buy Module blueprints from the Curb rep it does not open,ships and others ok?
i have double checked with the free Families rep and still no split medical blueprint?
Only possible answer is that the other slit faction is the holder and i am not on good terms with them

...Whistling .....Check ZYA if they have the Blueprint for Medical,...continues whistling...get rep up by shooting criminals that fly around ZYA's stations. Hopefully the ZYA are not shooting at you on sight yet.

Go use EMP and steal the blueprint from a Split station.

It should be at FRF equipemnt dock Rep. I have never been on friendly terms with ZYA and I have all the Split modules. Only thing Curb had was the Mk4 combat engine and the ZYA ships.
