Helium miner

What is the device you need to add on a miner to mine gas? Mine is doing nothing since 20 mn (it pretends mining but get nothing)

For small/medium gas miner you just leave them alone and they will mine.(you also need areas that are blue/purple) to indicate there even gas there.

Large gas miner acts like large mineral miner they need the right drones to mine.

Medium gas miners need no extra equipment. Large gas miner use gas collection drones. If it is mining you should see a little swirling vortex animation above it, as if it is sucking in gas

ok... I'll have to check, it is automated, should it not find helium in Argon prime? Do I need to drop a beacon?

as far as i remember there are no gas zones in argon prime... you will need to head into an other system to find gas... one system would be morning star, north of hatikvahs choice or second contact, south of AP.

Look for areas that are blue.
Blue is gas.
Red is mineral.
Purple is a mix between the two resources.

You simply need to put the best weapons you want on the ship and get some gas collector drones equipped to the gas miner, crew is always nice and all the bells and whistles in software. You can Highlight the miner and right click a sector and it may show you if there are any resources available. Then you can set up the miner any way you want in default behaviors.

There is no such thing as a S Gas Miner.

An easy way of finding out what resources are present, Issue a Mine Here Command and it will give you the Options present.
