Look for the missions to open a "medical" lockbox.
It pretty much 100 percent gonna have sedatives in it then just abandon quest and repeat.
There are lock-boxes that actually have a mixture of everything, I have been doing alot of opening them in Exchange 1, seems I have at least 40 or so, its alot, everytime my pilot opens one I will get a notice a a few more that my ships had found.
It used to disappear in the earlier updates before this one after reloading the game but they stay now, an my pilot actually can shoot the release catch...and gets the goodies out of each one.
But anyway, there are a mixture of goodies in those lock-boxes.
They are also amazing in clearing battlefields and mining areas from useful stuff.
there are many lockboxes in Grand Exchange I and also in Nopileos Fortune that contain sedatives (not mission ones), also (far more difficult of course) in Faulty Logic (both Sectors)
