PS:i dont understand what Farts answer has to do with the Question?
I had to do this once in The Void sector, where it's hazardous just to be there. A Drill mining ship was stuck in a bad place. I couldn't get close to it, or even go in-sector without the hazard destroying it. My solution was to send a ship in and park just outside the hazard belt, teleport in, quickly tell a marine to go to it, and teleport out before anything blew up. If I'm out of sector, the hazard doesn't play a role, so I got it and ordered it out remotely.
