Teladi Wharf

So, just realised i havent got a Teladi Wharf, I do have the shipyard in Profit Centre Alpha but no wharf. I guess its possible for the Xenon or some other faction to have destroyed it but i havent seen any serious action in the sector. i`ve explored the map full with the exception of enlarging the sector, Where about is it? Is it static when the game starts?Any ideas welcome. The save is Split start 3 days in.

Are you 100% that you have discovered the entire System and all of its Stations?

The Wharf in Question will always be created together with the Capital Shipyard and Equipment Dock in that System... only the exact Location within this System can be random.

Unless the Station felt Victim to an catastrophic event it should be somewere in PCA... in doubt you should be able to ask a friendly Captain for Directions.

Well the sector is pretty well discovered, i mean theyre endless right? or atleast very large... Hadnt thought of asking someone, i`ll try that now. I`m honestly thinking catastrphic too.

Ok, i asked a captain, whilst in PCA and he directed me to the Min Tel wharf in 18 billion.

EDIT: I`m going to do another loop of the sector around the edge and expand it a bit nore. There are currently 25 stations i`ve found

It's possible for a fraction to have one of their wharf destroyed. This happened in my game with the Argon. They are at war with the HOP and I assume that is who wiped it out. But the Argon have another one, in another sector. Or built another one there in a different sector.

If you ask the trader in a station for directions, there will be a option for the wharf.

If destroyed it is possible they rebuilt it elsewhere. The Argon's lost their Warf in Argon Prime and rebuilt it in Black Hole Sun IV in my game. A fairly smart move considering their defense against K's let alone an I has been poor.

It is entirely possible that another faction just flew into their sector, destroyed the wharf and bolted but i dunno, i mean, i havent been watching it that closely but everything else seems fine. I`ll land at a station and ask instead of a trader, the last one directed me to the MIN TEL wharf not the TEL wharf. I`ll keep this updated. To be honest, its only HOP that are doing anything much, they already wiped out xenon territory close by.

Ok, update, I found the wharf by asking at a station trader. It appears they moved to Ianamus Zura VII. I can only assume the station got wrcked in PCA and thats where they decided to move too. In all honesty, i`m not sure that was a great move for them. Thanks for the advice everyone.

Oh man, that is not a good spot for a wharf. The Xenon gonna pop that sucker, ha ha.

In my game, the TEL rebuilt their wharf but it doesn't produce ship anymore. They seem to have forgotten to build the ship production modules! Has it happen to anyone?

That's actually pretty awesome, I always thought the "ask for directions" option was just a weak attempt at NPC interaction, but this is a very good use for it.
