Buy space suit bombs

I'm on a HAT mission that requires me to acquire 2 spacesuit bombs. Is there a place I can buy those?

Traders on Free Ports & Pirate Bases will randomly sell them (if you have teleportation park a ship at each and bounce between them to cycle trader inventory). Blackmarketeers will also sometimes sell them if you have done a mission to unlock the Bard on a station.

Other than that you can also craft them at the workbench in the Trader Room of a station if you have the materials, but the secure container material is hard to get as its a drop from pirate ships.

How does one determine a free port? Will it say free port instead of Trading post, etc? Thank you!

Free Ports have the same icon as Pirate Bases (Large icon like Trade Post but Skull & Crossbones) Basically Free Ports are owned by HAT while Pirate Bases are owned by SCA.

They are static spawned stations that do not rebuild if destroyed.

Freeports and SCA bases have crossed sabre icons, also if you can find one black market dealer can sell them as well.

Can details on the map provided change? Been all over Second contact 7 and cant find this freeport.

i have founded bases in heretics end, silent witness 11 and 12

Easiest way would be to build them yourself. You get the lodestone from shooting asteroids down and the other two wares are sold by station traders almost everywhere.
