Fastest way to gain rep
What is the fastest way to get reputation with a faction? Normally, I would get a police license and park my cap ship next to a gate to farm Xenons but not all factions have the license. Doing missions is ok but they either give very little rep at high standing or are too complicated like building a station or supplying resources.

Teladi(both), Ant, and GOP

Hop rep should be easy to get fighting xenon. Pull Xenon agro and lead the ships to stations.

Teladi often build stations in matrix 451 you can defend also.

For ant shooting criminal traffic or doing quests? There should be some xenon to shoot in the void and second contact you can try

With paranid factions it is easier as they both have police licenses and are constantly attacked by Xenon. With Telidy only MIN has police license. Without the license I have to kill xenons near stations to get the rep which means parking my Arawn next to a station and afk farming xenons is not an option due to friendly fire. Same goes for ANT.

Fastest way to gain rep is trading a lot (small fast traders are better than big slow)

Concentrated trading does ok for rep up to 10. After that it's slower. You can make trades that net you a loss.

If the trading station in ant territory is ant then it buys nvidium. You could set up a nvidium miner.

If you just want afk rep then mining would also work but slower.

The Fastest way to get rep up with the factions is to buy about 5 to10 small fast trade ships to the point they can trade with 2 stars with Distribute Wares. Add wares that are either always needed also add items that are only used by the factions you want Rep with. for Example common wares that i would suggest for the Human Factions would be Food Rations, Meat, Spice, Water, Energy Cells, Silicon Wafers, Refined Metals. You don't want too many wares to pick from perhaps, though you want enough wares so they have a selection.

Tip Vanguard Ships and Sentinel Ships, Vanguard ships are more toward fighting when Sentinel Ships have larger cargo bays, Personally i like the Tel Magpie Sentinel for my Small Traders.

Another Tip, if you are controlling the trades the ships are not getting the experience they could be getting if they are doing it on their own.

Actually it's the complete opposite.
Killing stuff gets you up to 10 within minutes... after that trading is faster by a huge margin (especially because you gain ranks for severall factions at the same time and not only a single one where you're fighting... and there aren't even enemies nonstop, but demands/offers for trades).
I got to max rank with every single faction at once just before i even hit the 30h playtime.
And once i created the new factions it just took me 2h to reach max rank with them passivly too while i did some other stuff.

You can pull agro through gates so attacking xenon in their territory and pulling them over to another sector seems possible. If there's a station by the gate this should be doable.
