Ware reservation stuck

My HQ has a ware reservation for 1000 claytronics and it says it's 00:03 out, and has been like this for real life hours. No one else is delivering because it's reserved and my build progress is stuck. Any way to cancel that reservation?

Is the trade ship NPC or one of yours?
If its NPC then chances are it got delayed or destroyed... Try saving the game, completely exiting, and then restarting. It still might take a bit to clean but eventually it will.

If its one of yours you might want to check if your ship got stuck in Internal Storage somewhere. I have had a trader get stuck in internal storage on me (busy station with only 1 M dock) for an extended period of time.

Finally you can always a ship of your own to manually buy the ware & use the "Transfer ware - Build Storage" to get the materials loaded yourself. This can sometimes cause your manage to cancel the duplicate, but at the very least will let your station keep building.
