Any tips for finding the new hatikvah quest chain?

I've been playing my unmodded save and I really enjoy the new split ships, but I've been unable to find the new questline.

I've been all over the HAT sectors to all their bases and visited every station in the argon sectors as well.

Paranid game start all research finished and research missions done,

It came up for me after i traded something with thier trading hub and got some reputation.

check the mission offers tab when your in argon/hatikvah space.

Thank you, but I've tried all those things.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that HAT and argon prime were destroyed by the xenon in the early game then rebuilt later when HOP made a big push into the xenon sectors.

Station containing mission was destroyed means no more plotline.

if xenon blew up the HAT tradehub then they also cut you off from the according storyline. can be that the quest givers might respawn after "some" time in case they can rebuild ?!

i was only baffeled by a reddit post where xenon deleted the PHQ in grand exchange and he then lost access to the research function apparently....not sure if that can actually happen but if it can i think its fantastic.
