How to start research

Hi !

Simple question, care for SPOILERS :




I follow the main quest, got my HQ, build a dock, speak to the creature in his bath :)
I wanna launch a research, but it need material, got them, but .... where to put this materials to start the research ?

I try in the construction spot, not working, dock with the transport on the HQ, not working ....

Any help ?

When you get the HQ it will only have build storage, so you will have to actually construct a new storage module.

Build a storage module on your station. After this tell your npc ships to buy and give the goods to the station storage. Once the storage has the goods assigned, place one of trade ships to work for station and it will bring it (just be sure you give the guy in station some money to buy goods).

Without the storage, no station will work if you are trying to produce goods.
