How to use seminars, other than pilot seminars ?

Hey there,
I love that seminars have been fially implemented.
But actually I have no clue how to use the seminars for mangement, engineereing, moral or whatever.
The only seminar I know how to use is the piloting seminar, which you can basically use on your pilot while he is sitting in the cockpit seat.

Can anyone help ? :)

Just like the pilot seminars, you start up coms with the person that is doing the role of that seminar. So for pilot seminar you contact a pilot, for management you contact a station manager.

And not sure what game you play but so far I only have seen 2 seminars: pilot and management. Though if you are using mods for the others then the mechanic should be the same that you just contact the personel over coms in the servicecrew for engineering.

You can use the seminars by right clicking on the person in the personnel tab and selecting Com.
Of course you can not give Piloting Seminars to an Engineer... etc.
Morale seminars? Never seen them since 2.60

Haven't seen those popup, the boarding ones I sure would gobble up like crazy as those marines are damn hard to level up. But guess I must have been pretty damn unlucky for those misison rewards to show up. Got regular pilot 3+ stars and management seminars though.
