All stations no longer producing weapon components.

Moved this post from Tech Support to here since I'm not sure this is a bug. It might also just be me missing something.
When I say all stations, I mean "all." It looks like every weapon components factory on the map has stopped producing. I've spend the last few hours searching around all the other empires factories and its a no go. They all have resources. I even pulled a buffalo up to one and poured all the needed materials into it. Then sat and watched it for an hour. No production. Attempts to buy from them (both in person and with AI traders) look like this...

Does anyone know if I am just being dense and missing something, or is this a bug of some kind? I'd hate to have to restart. I was almost ready to buy my dragon. Thanks!

You don't see that you have plasma conductors BUT the station is asking only for Energy cells and Hull parts... so...

Something changed in the logical overview? That's the central place to configure a station.

@Belteguesian Not quite. I'm not trying to sell plasma conductors, just have a few in the ships inventory because it was automated before I grabbed it. The problem there is that its a weapon components factory with no weapon components. And every one on the map is like that. No ships are being made anymore.

@[RLF]KING Perhaps. I feel I might simple have the wrong thing selected. But an interface problem would not explain why the stations aren't selling, the npc's aren't trading, and all ship building stations have stalled out.

I have the same problem. All npc stations has stopped production
