Help - Can't find Tharka's Cascade

I have a mission for the Argon Federation to go there and deploy a satellite. However I cannot find my way there. All of the online maps seem like they might be outdated? When I am in Hetkiva's Choice the mission guide simply says "Jump to Tharka's Cascade" but there is no guidance line and I have been all over the sector but cannot find a jumpgate or highway going there.

Hit shift+A and let autopilot take care of it.

Aside from that Tharka's Cascade is exactly where it used to be, accessible from the northernmost jumpgate in Hatikvah's Choice I

Tharka's cascade is accessed via jump gate in Hatikvah's Choice I just like it's always been.
