Can't find a workbench!
for the life of me i can't find a workbench to craft upgrades... I can find crafting bench no problem in every trader, but ive looked in the all the stations for workbench including wharf and ship building stations what am i missing?

You only find one at a Shipyard for XL and L ship ugrades, or at the wharf, for S and M ships. Go to the Ship dealer, there you find the one you need/want. The ship you want to Upgrade needs to be docked there.

go to a trade corner on any station and as soon as you get out of the teleporter it will be to your left it i about knee highet

No thats the "crafting bench" for crafting wares.. i want the Workbench for crafting ship mods from research its diffrent. but i cant see the bloody thing

If you go to any ship dealer both Workbench's are there.

Found it thanks, i was sure is was on the left of the trading room not in the middle of the dealership room, ah well got it now thx....

Just to make sure... You finished the Research for that right?
I never visited the Shipdealer before getting the HQ, so I can't say if the workbench is there or not.

ys i had tnx was looking in the wrong place, been a wile since i played and it may have moved i think i was thinking rebirth not X4 who knows

Do we get one of these for OUR ship dealers? I see a crafting bench next to my ship dealer (as if I needed another one), but no workbench. If they put one in NPC ship dealers, we should also get one. After all, those ship fabs cost an arm, a leg, and several internal organs. The least they can do is give you a workbench to go along with it.

EDIT: Scratch that, I just found it. I was in my maintenance bay before this and later added a fab bay. In THAT one, we have the traditional ship dealer desk, rather than the simpler upgrade counter with a crafting table nearby. The fab bay has the full set.
