Is there a 'Next ship' key?

When I have the ship information page open, "Ship info > Crew", where I can see the captains star rating. Is there a "Next ship" key to allow me to quickly skim though all my captains.

I'm looking for a quick way to find the 3-star captains, so they can be changed from "Dist wares/Sector mine" to "Auto trade/Auto mine"

If you have the crew info panel open you can just left click other ships to open that panel for those too.
Tip, you can just press I instead of rightclick > information with a ship selected.

if I remember correctly, if you use SHIFT-I for the information screen, there is a section in there where you can see ALL of your employees with their ratings and I believe that you can sort them too...

EDIT: Go to the EMPIRE tab and double click on NUMBER OF PERSONNEL HIRED and it will bring up you crew lists. It isn't searchable or sortable, but it does list them in skill order and what their job and ship is so you can still find them, it just may take a bit.

How about in battle, like a "target next enemy" key?

you have to program your keys. Many are not set up. The next enemy key is set up on the controller but not the keyboard. Shift-E i think is default target closest enemy.

Sort of. I believe that PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN cycles through the contacts, SHIFT-E Targets the CLOSEST ENEMY, and with the target up, if they have surface elements you can destroy (shields, turrets, engines, etc.) HOME and END will cycle through them.
