Changing Character Name
Is anyone else having weird issues with this on new characters? Like a UI lock-up?

I was able to change my character's name on a new start without issue.

Weird, must be something specific with my game then. Did the same thing when I changed a ships name.

Dumps me in my ships transporter booth thing and the UI is totally locked up though the game is still running in the background.

Will try reinstalling a clean copy of the game and see if that makes any difference.

Update: Did a full game and config wipe and reinstalled. I am getting the same issue with new games. Anytime I try to change my character name the UI bugs out.
