How to make ship mods?

I got the research and all that but i dont know where to make the ship mods or maybe even how to install them.

Find the work station in the shop that you buy ships. Should be located in Warfs and Shipyards.

You will need parts to build the mods.

Also there are two work stations in the shop. One is for some other stuff and the other is for ship mods. Try them both.

At shipyards, wharfs, and equipment docks you can find workbenches near ship dealers.

I have a lot of research done, found a workbench at least, can't select anything there. Ideas?

Do you see the mods? If so what you're missing it probably just the inventory items to build them.

I have the same problem. I've researched all the mods but there are no mods showing up in the Workstation.

Edit: you need a docked ship

This came up in another thread. Are you at the proper workbench? There are two kinds: one for crafting inventory items and another for crafting mods.

The mods ones can be found on Wharfs, Shipyards, and Equipment Dock near the ship seller/modifier npc.

You also have to use the workbench to apply them (not sure if that helps). It’s like equipping a weapon I think. Haven’t actually done it yet as I’m trying to get exceptional items and skip the greens.

I found the problem. the wharfs ship selling size must be the same as the ship. S-M or / L-XL.

I got my M class ship going over 400 combat speed.... Legit. Bit of a trade off on travel and thrust speed but i can live with that.

Thanks! was also wondering the same thing, Now my Nodans travel speed is 10k a second, now That, fellow childs, is podracing. b.b.b.burnout. *goes back to facerubbing stations in the hope of free BP's, despite having 1.5 trillion spaaaaaaace ducats, it seems standing is important to these bozo's. *
