Click on the ship, either on the map or maps sidebar, then right click on the station you want them to dock at. There should be a dock command then.

Right click... it is your friend.

There is no computer AI on ships in the year 3000. You need a pilot in the ship.

Hit M to open map screen. Use the my owned button to bring up a list of your ships which will help you find the one you want to order- left click it (on the map not the list) then r click on the station and choose dock from the drop down menu.

I managed to dock manually but when it come to leaving my ship to enter the space station I was stuck. I went through every key on my keyboard but I'm still stuck in my ship.

Hit Enter
Choose "Get Up"
Walk to the ramp or the elevator.

I am not sure but i think we can build AI for the ship, but i have not finish all the mission about this,

we have a look of what it's give in one mission with an AI as pilot, and i have found other mission where they want to create this, i have found all the thing they ask but because of my low reputation (i begin at -19 reputation with all, so it's take time to go up) with a faction where the people are on a station, i need to wait,

but in this mission it's to create an AI able to drive a ship, but the thing they ask are not easy to find, i don't know for now if they will give a copy to me after but i think, if yes, i will need to put this part too in each ship i want they be piloted by an AI...

Or hit Control+D
Also, Shift+D is for undock.
These work if you are in the pilot chair. Also, if you are in the pilot chair and docked, then the GUI shows both of them on the screen; all docked ships with you in the chair show you this on the top.
If you are not in the chair, then there is no key to press to undock, or to disembark. To Undock you need to tell your ship to do something via the map. Press M, select your ship, right click on empty space and select Fly and Wait. That will tell the pilot of the ship to undock and go there.
If you want to dissembark, walk around the ship until you find the elevator, get in, look for the control surface, and click on it. One of the options in there will be the station itself. Click on that and you will be taken to a part of the ship that has direct walking access to the dock floor.

Yeah try and use your shortcuts. Blimey it helps a lot.

If you're anywhere on a station and press shift and D then it will take you straight to the cockpit of your ship. If you have more than one ship docked then it will give you a choice of what ship to enter. Ctrl and D is so much easier to get up than going through the menus. Same for undocking which would be shift and D.

You know I don't know if there is a shortcut for spacewalking? I'm sure there used to be in X3? That game had shortcuts for shortcuts lol.

Well we do have an emergency eject which has saved me a couple of times. I seem to remember it was ctrl and E in X3? Shouldn't be too hard to have that in this game as well? Meh it's a trivial thing really. If you're going for a spacewalk then how fast you eject and re enter again are the least of your problems lol.
