How or where can i buy stations?

yeah i cant find the option in either a wharf or a shipyard, can anyone help me?

Stations? You don't buy stations. You can however buy plots - where you may proceed to construct stations. The button you're looking for is on the map view, left side of the screen, last button. There you can set up a plot size and claim a plot (costs money if in occupied space - if you wish to build it without incurring the local wrath). Once you've claimed a plot you can build a station.

There is an actual tutorial in game for purchasing and building stations ("H" -> 11) Stations: Building) if you need more info on it. Didn't do it myself - but it may contain useful info. :)
