Not even trolling, has restarting the game changed anything about it?
if not, are you actually sitting on a workbench on a station, or do you look via the paint menu into it?
All I get are the options
Basic quality
Enhanced quality
Exceptional quality
But when I click one nothing changes, top menus still do nothing.
Then you need the resources to make Green mods.
Finding the blue and purple resources to add to the enhanced and exceptional mods I have no idea yet how to aquire those.
The mod isn't a general wide upgrade. It's for an individual part.
For example If you have 6 pulse guns then you need to modify each gun.
I modified a cool down period and applied it to one weapon.(Green level it gave me a 5%-20% possible upgrade when crafting it.I ended up with a 12% increase in that weapon cooling down.
I think picking up loot around big scale battles will be the best way to aquire alot of the resources needed for these ship mods.
I'm now at a warf, with a docked ship, and all is well!
I have the same problem. I'm docked at a wharf. I'm sure I've at least parts for basic cooling or something like that (collecting container showed 100% for some upgrade types several times). But in the workbench, I can't selected a ship. Any ideas?
