where can i see my current cargo

so i just picked up some contraband i think. so i went to look at my inventory, and i can't figuer out where to find it.

and , since i figure i may need to know this once i find it, how do i jetison it?

Hit enter. On the top click the second icon from the left. It's called player info or something. On the left of the screen there'll be a column of icons. One of them is your inventory. When you click on things you can drop them.

ok, so, does that show everything i own or is it ship specific? can i see what cargo is on a specific ship?

It's what you have on you personally. To see ship cargo go to the map, right click on the ship, and it'll be one of the items listed when you click information.
