Mission: Ship procurement, 1x Cerberus Vanguard, Damage Mod.

I have the ship and also installed a damage Mod on it. Travelled to specified area and mission will not complete. Has anyone completed this Teladi Guild Mission?

Did you send ship via map or driving it? In my mission target location was under map floor)) So I could not send ship via map.

But then I teleported to the ship and drive it ti the target, mission completed

Yep, I personally flew the ship to the location, won't complete.

what you got it set up as low.. mid high? think i saw somewhere that you need to have it set up for medium specs

been avoiding those missions so far since the payout is so rubbish =X hardly even covers the cost of the engines,,,,, not to mention but asks for a freighter but wants a frigate O.o and a 2 or 3 mil one at that

I will have a look at the specs, mostly I run everything on high due to an excellent economy(money is definitely not an issue). Thanks for the tip.

How did you find the Cerberus? Am I supposed to buy one or is there one somewhere I'm supposed to claim? I flew to an exclamation mark on the map but there isn't a cerberus anywhere nearby. Uhg!

Hey Richard J. You need to buy the Cerberus and fit it out as per the specifications in the mission, which is currently broken and does not complete.

Thanks. I ditched the mish. Rewards are usually around 100k anyway. Doesn't make sense to spend a million on a ship and get 100k for it. Glad you told me it won't complete. Saves me the trouble.

how exactly did you complete the quest? i´m stuck at the exactly same one, Behemoth and Colossus counted, Cerberus didn´t, and i´ve got no clue why...

Just tried this mission again with 2.0 update and still won't complete. Still trying though. Must have something not quite right.

Doing it right now, it's still vague as heck and come on, damage mod? there are 6 weapons? on each cerberus so do them all?

Completed one mission(no mod required) by driving each vessel to the centre of the drop off zone and tele-ported back to my personal ship. Could not complete the mission with "damage mod" tried all three Cerberus with a damage mod each and then with both main weapons fitted with a damage mod,no success. Now i am out of damage mods and they are a pain to find.
I don't even bother with this mission anymore as my stations are making more money than the mission offers.

had to teleport to crappy ship with NO a/c and pilot it exactly to the spot indicated by the auto drive function, then finally when I had parked it I got the prompt that the bank wanted it , I teleported off and mission complete Thanks a mil LS. Typically just parking it in the yellow zone is enough.
