Honest to God these devs are evil.
Hmm...every option witch needs one star ore more are not available but my ships have pilot skills from 3 stars or more.
And the "old" traders are still auto-trading, if i would stop one i couldnt set him back to auto-trade anymore.
I really enjoy configuring the goods to exchange for each ship ....
On the other hand I agree with many, why do a multi when there are so many bugs.
If i really have to configure every goods for trading....is there a priority in the ware i choose? For example: the first i choose has the highest trading priority and the second the next priority?
Next question: If every trading possibilty is disabled for not 3-star pilots, how can i train them?
I suggest getting mods for auto traders, training crews, and scouts (have they been fixed in 1.5?) to make the game playable as a trader. Otherwise to me it was just an exercise in frustration.
Of course if you mod it then you won't be able to earn awesome EgoCredits, so you'll be missing out on that highly anticipated and much requested feature of the game.
But other then that I don't realy see a problem with the fix, was always weird to be able to setup low rank pilots to galaxy or system trade and they would do exactly the same as the default autotrader behaviour that required a 3 star pilot.
Also options to help batch select wares would be nice to have, like legal small cargo wares, or illegal large cargo wares. But this I consider a nice to have, as I am just setting up my traders for specific wares up to 6-7 max each and depending on the cargohold. As I am not going to set my freighter up for energy cells so he can waste all his slow ass time for only 80 energy cells.
