I7 3770
32gb ram
nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb
250gb SSD for windows 10 and standard 2tb HD for game
Although this game isnt verywell optimsed, on max settings, landed on station on ship im getting 32fps, flying near station 50fps and open space 60+ fps
I get the same performance as you but Im using the ultra setting, no AA
Im running:
1st gen i7-950 @3ghz
24gig ram
GTX970
Win 7
Western Digital HDD
The game runs at 60 fps most of the time on high settings, however there are problem areas where it drops such as busy (note I said busy) stations to about 30fps (I dont think ive ever dropped below that). Most of the time its smooth.
Everyone has these problems, our CPU is fine.
This CPU especially if oc'ed is still good.
I think with all the changes to war recently, many people are complaining about reduced FPS due to greater CPU load. I wouldn't trust that older CPUs like this will continue to be able to run the game at 60FPS. 30-45 perhaps, but not 60.
