Do I have to wipe out the 2 other stations in Nopileos Fortune VI to claim the sector?

I saw a video on claiming a sector and it didn't work, leading me to wonder if it's because there's another factory there (might even be 2 not sure)

Yep I just figured that out now. I also discovered by accidentally placing one in a sector controlled by Argon that, as it turns out, you CAN declare war on factions, formally.

Just put down an admin building and watch as they invade in full force.

Also know that apparently, unless patched, the first structure you place MUST be the admin building when planning it all out as it will read that build as the core building. I can confirm this as I took the same sectors now twice in two saves and my first run I had to place another admin station idiotically right next to the first I placed because the other I started with a dock as the first module and went from there.

You place it like any other structure, which means aquiring a blueprint for it.

You do. It is considered an advanced blueprint so to buy it from a faction you will need 20 rep with them and then buy it for 1m credits. You might be able to scan and get it but I had no luck.
