how do I add drones to my HQ?

my ships cant off load their goods at my HQ for some reason, I think its because the station doesnt have freight dones.

you need a manager then look at station statistik scroll down there you can order drons

I have been trying to get drones to my station for ages, I have tried the "restock drones automatically" option on and off and it just says 0/230 all the time. Do I have to buy them somewhere or whats the deal here?

I think you have to build that 3 bay dock that looks like a "t" and then transfure drones from your ships to the station.

no I got drones without that pier. Also what exactly are drones used for

I had to use a peir because my transpot ships are large and wont dock at the other docks

I do have a pier but my drones still say 0/230. BUT I just did a flyover of my base and I could see drone transporters flying around which I assume are my drones so maybe it is just a UI bug?.

Edit: Oh and being scanned by your own empires security station drones apparently makes them hostile to you if you are carrying illegal goods.

Have you managed to get drones?
I found the setting in logistics to auto-buy drones, but it doesnt do anything (2 days since I set 10 drones target and still 0)

Same here. I am unable to get my Station to buy drones. Sliders and "Auto Restock" checked. Additionally...how do I get crew onto the Station? I have a habitat and Station say I can fit 230 people, yet I cannot interact with the Crew slider?
Please do not tell me I have to transfer crew from ships....

I had to transfure almost 5 mlll into my station's account and after about an hour of game play he already bought 12 drones so...

Yep I saw a post on the Ego Forums about this and as I was reading things and letting the game play on in the background my Station started buying drones finally. Additonally I found out on the Ego Forums that your Station Crew will populate once you have enough meds and food on board..just built Med and Rations modules...will see how long it takes to get people on board.

Just think of all the Crew that will gain rank sitting on the PHQ Station now instead of having to use 1 Star defaults on my ships.

I'm also unable to buy drone. I put the auto restock and add the maximum drone but nothing is happening after at least 2hours.

check if you manager didnt stuck anywhere, my did, i had to unstuck it, dont ask how, it was weird process. after your manager get to he office, you will be able to assign drones

The station just doesn't buy any drone, even if i ask them to -_-
