The "universe" is smaller than X3...the _area_ is larger.
When you fly them and have nothing to compare they seem small, but thats really deceiving.
Just like how people call the X4 universe "small" - it's not. Its gigantic, but the fact that the game has no loadingscreens whatsoever and these highway-infrastructure in place really deceives people into thinking it's small.
The sectors of X3 were miniature in comparison, but they couldnt be as big either, because they didnt have the hardware and streamlined OOS that X4 has now.
'ta' pronouced 'tar' is slang for 'thanks'.
