Has anyone figured out Hacking Security Panels yet?

As my mission tells me i need a slicer (and i do have it) to hack a security panel, i first need to find it.
In general where could this panel be?
I have checked engineering, they have 4 panels but none is a security panel, and needs something else to hack.
I am currently at a 1L 6S docking bay

What hacking related items do you have in your inventory? Because when I approach these terminals, they do not highlight as interactable objects, and pressing Use on them does nothing. I have a Security Slicer and a Security Bypass System, but I'm fearing that my problem is that I don't have a Security Encryption Decoder, or whatever that other item is. But of course, I can't just go to the bar and buy one from the black marketeer, because that's not a thing anymore... but anyway.

Then again, I only find them in the Engineering Section. I have yet to see a "security station".

Yeah. What security items do you have? Even though it probably has nothing to do with this and is simply bugged atm.

There was no such thing as a security station. Otherwise i would have figured it out easily. However, this was not my first time encountering missing locations.
When i did the mission for the blackmarket, that opens up the bar, the bar would simply not be on the station once i came back with the required items

I have the same problem. I am supposed to find the shield controll panal, but in the engineering section I can only find the following four stations: Trade Terminal, production Terminal, Storage Terminal and Construction Line Terminal (whatever that is..) For all of them I need a Security Decryption System and not a Security Slicer as mentioned in the Briefing.

Yeah, the shield terminal is in the Secuity Office... So if the station is missing that, then there's not a whole lot you can do >.<
