Where to hire Manager?

i can only find ingens not managers. is the space crawling with ingens? xD

from what i've seen you can talk to the managers from other stations and there is a hire option, that might help, haven't tested it myself

I just transfered a normal crew member onto my station, same way I'd transfer a captain to another ship

I did the same but he is a ♥♥♥♥ in managing.... Would love to hire better one. :D

The managers in stations can't be hired, believe they're already hired by the station.

I had to buy a few fighters with a hired pilot and pray for reasonable skills and transfer to station. My best manager only has 1 star in management.... So much credits wasted...

Do crew gain skill levels?

Crew npcs with decent manager skills can actually be found on board construction vessels. Just land on one and search around. Their skills will pop up as ???? until you go to the hire screen to check.
