You can also mine them from some asteroids.

I think I just flew through a swarm of Space Flies in Eighteen Billion. It was in a gas filled asteroid field. I'd recommend a check there - sort of the middle of the hex where it was located.

I got some by blowing up criminals near stations

- or hanging around asteroid fields where mineing is in process
