Deliver Foodstuffs mission
I got offered a mission to deliver foodstuffs to the stations in a sector.

Objective 1. is exactly that, "Deliver foodstuffs to our stations in the Reach".
Objective 2. Deliver Rations (0/1350)
Objective 3. Deliver Medical Supplies (0/810)

Now, I took my freighter and purchased all the required supplies.

However, the mission doesn't indicate a particular station I need to go to. It just says stations in the sector.

Now, before I fly my space truck all the way back to the other side of the sector, which is where I got the mission, does anyone else know if I just have to randomly sell the stuff to the stations inside the sector, or do I have to go back to the station where I got the mission offered?

Yea I am thinking you probably just sell that to whatever station will take it.

Did you solve this?

Yes, I got the same mission, just with other stuff in another sector and I sold it all to a station that wanted it in that sector. It worked.

Yep all you need to do is sell to stations in that sector and it counts towards it, no specific station just any of them that have demands.

Weird. Ok. Will try this

These missions are completely broken at the moment. I have 3 of them in my mission log right now where what they want delivered isn't even bought in that sector..

That's normal. Just set up your trade-filter and zoom all the way out, that should give you offers only for the stuff you're looking for in all stations, you've discovered.

You misunderstand me. I have a mission to deliver (among other things) medical supplies to a certain sector. There are NO stations in that sector that buy medical supplies. None.

Don't want to be Captain Obvious, but did you scan (Shift+3) all the sector? Maybe you're missing some stations...

Yeah. No. I have the whole sector mapped, I have a "Revisit Stations" scout flying around, trust me, I'm not missing anything.

And it's not just 1 sector, as I said, I have 3 of these missions, 3 different sectors, all unfinishable because there are no stations buying what they want.

That's what happens when "incorrectly self-claimed indie studios" release alpha games for AAA prices. Need to wait for the community to patch the game

At least I get to play a game, unlike the other space game I 'invested' in :P
