Report a translation problem
You have to search for a Antimatter factory and buy it there with the trade menu.
Near the end of the briefing text it will say "The nearest Antimatter cell factory is in <sector>". Check that sector in the map, and the station marker should be visible, remember it may be in unexplored territory.
Bear in mind the nearest factory could be ANYWHERE. In my playthrough, the nearest station was halfway across the galaxy.
I also had to trek to get mine. I found a suitable station with the trade filter - good to know there's more to see in the briefings at times.
