Can't find mixed fruits anywhere, help!

I need some mixed fruits for a mission, but I can't find them anywhere, help pls.

I think my traders are bugged. Argons, lizard dudes and the ppl at Nopileos are selling the exact same items....

Except, it also helps if you answer the Necromancer's presumed question: Dear Necromancer, if you are wondering where to obtain mixed fruit, just talk to every station trader (they, rarely, do have it in stock), open every lockbox, take every mission to open lockboxes, and shoot criminal traffic when you have the chance, etc. In other words, de-activate whatever quest requires the Fine Meals, keep playing the game, and later you will find you have some fruit. When that time occurs, re-activate the quest which required fruit.

Thank you! I just started and this was one of the first missions i got so i thought it would be easy to find. I'll just carry on with something else

I found some after about 10 stations, after reading many posts it seem there's about a 10% chance of the vendor having mixed fruit and I noticed leaving on a ship and docking again rerolls the vendor so maybe you don't need to go that far, just between 2 stations

I know this is a 6m old thread, but I feel its way below 10%. I check most stations and have never seen them. I'm just abandoning the mission as it annoys me.

I wouldn't abandon, it's one of those quests that can sit in your list and you'll just randomly find fruit half way into the game

This game is too hard. There is always some stupid order to fill & constant frustrations with distractions like getting some stupid fruit. Sour Grapes, I say. This is said to be one of the most complex games around & the makers have a saying: If it were easy, it would not be fun. I'm not going to shoot 7,000 lock boxes too. Whatever you succeed with in the game will produce more failures. Mixed Fruit should put under administrative control in this thread. I'm passing on this searching for stuff. The hint was gathering in bye & bye? I have better things to do in the game & I can't wait to get back to it.

Indeed - just move on. Those are random missions - if you don't have the items, don't accept those missions. They don't matter at all. Don't try to play a sandbox like a shooter-on-rails. You are allowed to abort missions and you are allowed to deny them in the first place. Just do what you really want to :)
