Ordered New Equipment, can't find way to track progress

Hi, I just ordered new sheild, guns and engines at an equipment station. I want to track the progress of the items being built but I don't know how. Does anyone know how to track it and find out what trade items they need so I might be able to make the progress go faster????

It should appear in your ship interface as orange-y yellow text, default hotkey is (enter). If the timer isn't counting down, then the station is missing needed items.

I can't get into my ship inferace. My captain won't get out of the pilots seat. when I try to interect all i hear is the sound but nothing happens help.

when i look at the captains chair it just says, "command resupply"

I can't order the captain to "get up". the ♥♥♥♥ is going on? Do I seriously have to leave my ship while the equipment for it is being made?

Usually it only takes a minute, but if the station is out of resources... You'll have to wait much longer. I haven't found a way to cancel an order. I hope you saved recently.

Do I have to be in the captains chair to see the status? Is there a way to see it without being in the chair?

What orangish-yellowish text are you talking about to begin with? I got the captains chair but I can't take off because "there is a scheduled ugrade for this ship". When can I press enter to see the relevent data?

Nevermind, I just cancelled it. Not going to bother ordering a equipment at a station that has missing "hull parts" until a tutorial comes out.
