That's so stupid! So you can't fast-track one of your crewman's skills with these things? What is the point of them then? Feels really misleading.
Its not fully implemented ingame right now just as a vendor inventory item.
But i have hopes im hoarding them theyre cheap and may work as intended on the future.

nope.. removing them is not a joke... its a valid option as your crews, captains & managers can gain experience on their own...
but thats only my personal opinion... i do not know anything about seminars.
If the auto-experience mechanism would work, they can remove the seminars... however, as far as I can see, the mechanism doesn't work well (yet). Beside of that, if they remove the seminars, how will you get marines with more than beginner level? Searching them on defense stations (the only place I know where you can find experienced marines) and hiring manually would take too long.
