pressing M doesn't bring up map, pressing shift-4 doesn't SETA... is it broken?

So I was off just wandering, saw some asteroids and decided to go for a fly around (using joystick fyi) in black hole sun IV or whatever right at the start.

Wondered where i was, and pressing M just made a buzz like sound as if i was doing something wrong even though it's bound correctly. I had to go into the escape menu to bring up the map?

Also SETA hotkey (when i realised i was miles from anywhere i wanted to be) does absolutely nothing. I haven't checked if i actually have a seta module since i assume i would by default.

Is this kind of stuff normal in the current state?

Incidentally, we're already better than rebirth within 30 minutes gentlemen so let's not get to up in a fuss. These kind of small bugs can be fixed if that's what they are.

SETA is not on the starting ship. You have to find the blueprint and craft it.

Not sure if M is the default map key or not. Not at home to check.

Thanks for that, good to know - the map definitely has problems though since when i was using a joypad (before i got my joystick back from my brother) it was working okay. All bindings are good.

My default key for the map is , because of AZERTY keyboard...
