By the way, this is a mission you will be happy you did, there is a good reward ;-)
TIP..: BE ADVICED, put the antimatter cells in the ship you want to "lose", and fly in that ship and activated the waypoint with it.
I did the opposite and had the cells in my start ship and the game register when i arrive at the waypoint it was the ship i wanted to "blow up".... so i lost my starter ship, and now are in a cheap scout ship... but anyway the reward is worth it ;-)

Warf. There are 4 directly against the main highway loop. These are TEL, ARG, HOP and PAR.
The ALI and ANT ones are off the beaten path. I think the boron gives you the position of the MIN one but I already explored there so am not sure. XEN ones are obviously no use to you, since they will always want you to be space dust.
excact same problem here too, Blank trade window. And when i right click on the map for sale (as per the trade tutorial) it bugss out and starts moving the map
Secondly you clearly forgot to check the cargo capacities before buying... Antimatter cells are container cargo so need container storage. Even scout ships have container storage, more than enough for the required number of cells. The only ships without container storage at all are solid and liquid miner ships which have some of the appropriate solid and liquid storage. Solid storage is used only for minerals and liquid only for gasses. No mine ship can ever be used for the mission because no mine ships can carry antimatter cells. You could use a standard trade ship, but again it is wasteful when a simple cheap 100k scout will suffice.
To trade for the cells, first select your container capable ship, then right click the amtimatter cell factor and click the trade with option. Now one can drag the slider to fill it with antimatter cells, assuming sufficient free cargo space remains.
I'm used to X games shipping with bugs, but come on. This is the first mission chain. WTH.

Also, how do you know which type of cargo the ship can hold (except when you buy it)?
@DrSuperGood Not one of the S tier ships that I saw in the ship yards had more than one type of storage.
