Will completely destroyed stations ever recover? ALI specifically

ALI has only a shipyard and a wharf and in my game Godrealm came and destroyed an entire wharf. Will it ever recover? That particular wharf has rare ships with great stats.

Have no idea. They should be friends, right? They sent Zeus a few times. I distracted it a couple of times but missed one of the attacks.

no, the game is unmodded.

and no they won’t rebuild it.
If you are VERY lucky, they offer you a mission to build a station and you can add a wharf as a gift to them haha.

Thank you for the tip. In X3 the stations were resurrected from nothing but in this game I fear with real economy it will not get recovered. I launched an earlier save and distracted Zeus away from the ALI Wharf.

As far as I have found, all destroyed stations for each faction can be rebuilt by that faction. It can take some time for them to start doing so. The debris for the destroyed station has to "disappear" first and then that faction has to come in and start rebuilding. But like I said, it won't have immediately.

I have a defense station in a sector that the Xenons built, I destroyed it and it completely disappeared, then the Xenon Mining ships started to come into the sector with their power supply ships, they were headed toward the defense Station that I JUST destroyed.

Needless to say they are not able to go there.

So I am assuming from this post they will again attempt to rebuild it.

Would be good to get some tested info. Missions for building stations seem to choose pretty random places. So I am not certain ALI or some other faction will rebuild exactly that shipyard in the same spot.

...but the spot is not important, really, the shipyard is! Because it produces unique ships.

Yes they do. I had the xenon wipe out everything in holy vision except the ship yard. It took me the building of three defence stations and the supplying of there ship yard to get everything going again. First they built destroyers with a couple of builders. The destroyers stayed with the builder to the first station to start repair and then took on the xenon. It took a while but they rebuilt every station that was destroyed and then another five or six so far. Then with all the supplies that i was selling them they then had enough tho invade ANT space to start destroying there space stations.
