damaged singularity engine

been playing this save for over a week now and still cant find one. is there a mod or a cheat to get one? At this point i don't care about doing it legit anymore because ill be done playing the bloody game and retired before i find one at this rate.

I have killed so many BS that at some points i cant even see anything because the wrecks are blocking everything. I have killed many bigger BS that have those op energy torpedo looking things and even a new BS I have never seen from a faction i never saw again. destroyers and bellow i have killed 100s if not way more at this point. still cant find a "damaged singularity engine"

Is there a ship that has a higher chance of dropping one?

the box in space can have it (the lock you can view on the space map), i think i have found 3 in space box, just to take care your stupid IA pilot don't make blowing all the box when they try to unlock it ha ha ha

sadly not happened for me. I currently have over 50 of each of the other 2 parts and keep selling them but have yet to see one.

By the way is there a way to get better shields? the bigger xenon ships seem to rip my BS shields apart with those energy torpedo looking things. at this rate it takes me a day to have the extra cash to build a BS and it takes 2 to take one down. Since the AI doesn't seem to be fighting them at all I have to fight on 3 fronts and its like playing wakamole with my 2 BS. anything smaller gets killed and i cant afford to replace ships. I only see MK1 shields for BS. is there a MK2 or MK3?
