You don't need a mod for this, it's already available in the game, on Behemoths after a certain tech is researched...

My mod ESG does it, it's an option you can toggle

I installed the mod but when I try to load my save it says "Your Mod Configuration is not valid for the selected game".

Are you trying to load a save? You can't add mods to existing saves in ES2
