I look at the comments and smile.
"I want this." and "Do this." the lack of knowledge behind their comments so clear you can tell they're "gamers" not Gamers.

Use buzz words, swear words, and stomp, and get angry.
Woah there young fella, in this game world were you expecting a pay off?
Did you know that eventually all the money YOU put in will be for nothing?
(Scary thought, in real life, when you die.....same kinda deal...you don't take anything with you.)

So, let's pull apart the "whales are who you're looking for, those and people not like me, i refuse to give you more than the 100+ $$ I've already given you."
Big picture, you buy a game to enjoy and be entertained.
Those are your ONLY expectations that are WARRANTED.

Past that, information on the game is up to you to dig up.
"I plan on playing for a long time." well.....if that's the case have you thought about this? I mean an MMO is a lengthy thing....can last years....might drop the ball here and there, management might shift, follow trends....etc. "Too much thinking man.....I...."
Shut up, I'm not finished yet.

That's a YOU problem. Smart consumerism isn't up to the people TRYING TO SELL YOU AN ITEM. It's up to YOU, nobody in this world holds your hand, that bubble you made for yourself in your safe space? Lemme burst it. Nobody Cares.

K, let me clarify.
Nobody cares about you whining about their game.
Whining isn't constructive, it's F$%^ing annoying.
If the game sucks, don't speak. Uninstall, and walk away.
Leave a bad review.

Your job is done.
Coming back, complaining time after time?
Kinda glad you don't play, zone chat is actually nice these days, people who love the game, play the game, and enjoy new comers, and just have fun, in this complex, gorgeous open world that has more content to it than 90% of ANY MMO on the market.

So yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, come back to this zone people, we need more bodies taking out the Harrowstones.....they were a pain in the ass when that zone had low population lol.
is this some kind of lame reddit copypasta? you've been putting this on the event pages for games for the past 2 weeks.

Whining about the whiners is the most cancerous thing on internet couture.

i'm gonna pass on this, it's all seasonal stuff I already got from previous years, I like to lvl up my classes and I don't do Fantasias, It's a good chance to stock up on those for people addicted to Fantasias tho.
Looks suspicious like Sami clothing, not that I mind that

Whenever some pathetic native group somewhere cries about "muh cultural approtiation" like the sore losers they are, there should begin an active work towards culturally approtiating everything they are deliberately as cosmetic and consumerist items. Because that's all they have going for them anyway, Sami people especially are "native people" only in name.

I am Sami by blood and I don't mind these at all. Bought them because I like seeing something familiar in game.

Not sure what sour apple you bit in, but as a Sami, we're 100% native. I don't mind these items at all, although they could have been designed better

Same. Honestly, I couldn't care less, and the only people whining about cultural appropriation are typically non-indigenous people.

I think it's cool that they took inspiration from our stuff so that more people are exposed to it, given how little people know about us.

I didn't know there were Nordic people working on this game.
Would've preferred it if they kept some more of the original cut and patterns of whatever type of gákti they used as a reference, as the cut and shape is quite important to the look.
For anyone who's seen, worn or made one, the inspiration is quite obvious.
Shame they didn't name the sami inspiration, as I would've loved it if they shared some history along with the cosmetics!

The Americans are the whiners, as per usual...
But I agree, the cut and style of the ribbons is quite ugly!
They should've made traditional leather and luhkka-style cosmetics instead, as that's easier to replicate, and the decorations could be customised more easily.
I made my own luhkka with a pretty and intricate ribbon pattern on the front and hood, and I think something like it could've looked great in a game like FF. Especially if they added more detailing with silver lace or something fantasyesque.
