Dalamud can't do anything about that, and aren't even necessary for that information to be collected by a bad actor.

Stop reading the forums. Clearly you can't handle hearing opinions that don't align with your own so why even bother forcing yourself to read them?

Dalamud isn't going anywhere.
The PlayerScope thing could be achieved even without Dalamud by just using Wireshark instead as the blacklist system of 7.0 did leak out account IDs as it wasn't implemented in a secure manner. (the packets are unencrypted and could sniff the data)
Even if the game had an aggressive kernel level anti cheat that required it to boot with Windows. it wouldn't have changed anything as it was an issue with the implementation of blacklists in 7.0+
The game developers created this mistake themselves and now they have to address it which Yoshida didn't explain how it will be addressed
