Invalid Code Message Error on Registration Code? HELP!

I keep getting an error when entering my 20 digit code on the mog station.
Steps im doing is
1.) Click Your Account in the left hand side.
2.) Click Add New Service Account
3.) I insert the code but it gaves me the error saying " The entered code is invalid."

I bought this game for PC and off the Square Enix store.

Can anybody help? People keep telling to look to the right of the screen and press "Enter Pre-Bonus Code but I cant see any of that on the Mog station site.

Please Help

You cannot register Steam-based Heavensward pre-order and retail keys to an account with a non-steam base key registered.

IE: If you bought the core game from SE, you need to buy your Heavensward from anywhere other than Steam.

I bought all my stuff from SE. I didnt buy anything from Steam. I am asking here because their technical support forum is dead and nobody answers.

And I bought the one that sold both in one package for 59.99(FFXIV Realm Reborn and Heavensward)

Yeah I am and getting that error message :/

If you use caps lock it will not work iirc, i've only used shift at all time. could be that.

Could be with these lobby connection errors people are getting, it might be affecting the account services too.

Yeah thats what im hoping it is. But who knows? They haven't really mentioned anything about it yet

My friend got the same problem. He already registered his key but the management system says that the final fantasy XIV is not resgistered.
