So I rolled an archer.. and well.. guess I won't be showing my kids my toon.

OH YEah...This is definitely one of them PG 15 games. Best keep them to their cartoons instead of your tight toned toon.

Later you can show them your toon in some...uhm..."cough" more decent cloths. LIke uhm...the "Cough" sailor outfit "cough"...is it me or is it getting very hot up in here.

Archer is great to learn the basics and the skills you will learn in the early levels have nice synergy which allows you to spam more of those quickly. Unlike Lancer and Thaumaturge, where the synergies between abilities start at highter levels.

Lol thanks for the replies.. this is one of the few games where it seems the men are EXTREMELY comfortable in there masculinity and before anyone says it I'm not a homophobic, just making an observation... it's just really hard (no pun) to make a tough looking guy in this game. Having said that I do appreciate that it's part of the overall artistic direction of the game and its an interesting twist.. I guess it's not too suprising if you consider typical anime.

Based japanese developers did the right thing by sexualising both females and males. Enjoy. Btw, highlander Hyurs and Roe males are bery masculine, and both tank classes offers nice and manly armors.

I love it that the females look good (actually a bit too good but I am not complaining lol)
My problem with anime type games has always been that the guys all look very effeminate and I hesitated to even get this game because of it. Srange really that Oriental games have these pretty boys whereas Oriental men in life do look very masculine and sexy in general.

But what bothers me a lot more is that you have a lot of little kids running around doing and saying grown up things. It gives the whole thing a strong air of paedo...... and gives me a bad taste in the mouth.

I am trying not to think about all that because I do like the game very much and I guess no game is perfect
