How do I change my sub method(Solved)
So I just bought a 60-day ffxiv card and I have been trying to find where to redeem it. It tells me my sub method is steamwallet but I never selected this, can't find a way to change it either. Hope someone can help me thx.

If you buy the Steam version and link that to your SE account, the Steam Wallet option will appear.

Click on Account Services (first tab) then under Service Account, "Subscription Payment: Game Time Card"

So heres the problem. At the account status page at subscription payment it says steam wallet, when i click on it ,it goes to the subscription selection page. At the spot where you choose how long etc etc it says payment method: steam wallet. There is no button to change the method, there are no hyperlinks or whatever that open a check box or anything. So yeah...
You misread, from the account status page go to Account Services at the top of the page. You should see Game Time Card option listed there.

You mean the boxes? I only see 4 : Sub-Payment:steamwallet/ enter bonus code/ upgrade to CE and add ps3 service. No box for time cards.

To get to the screen in Freyar's very helpful image, click on Account Services (that radio button right underneath 'The Lodestone' at the top-left corner of the page.

If you still don't see the game time card option, that would be odd since I have that option on one account (Steam bought /etc).

If you are still unable to find a place to enter the GTC, I'd contact SE's support to ask.

I have the exact same problem as WhipLashM, the button simply isn't there for me on the page, I've sent a support request to SE through the support website.

So basically i was using Googe chrome and that was the problem. With firefox the website works fine and I was able to use my prepaid card.

Use firefox and it should be fine I had the exact same problem

Firefox gave me the problem, temporarily using Internet Explorer fixed it for me.
