Redeeming the Collector's Edition items?

Hi guys,

I've been getting into the game for a bit now and have been wondering where exactly I can redeem my items that are connected to the Collector's Edition? I'm talking about the in-game items: Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Coeurl Mount, Behemoth Barding. I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

They send the items as a mail in game, check your nearest moogle!

when you register your account online itll tell you which characters get the equipment. Once you see this, in the game just report to your nearest mail moogle

Alright. I have registered my account online, but it does not record my character yet. The mail moogle in Gridania also told me that he did not have any new mail for me. I'm assuming my account is just still too fresh and it'll show up soon enough. If not, I'll be contacting Square Enix support. Thanks for the replies, clear enough! :)

EDIT: An in-game message just popped up that I had received new mail (with my items). Thanks again!

I have downloaded the collecotr edition, but where is the register code ? (to register the game in the square enix site web (i only have the key of my game). Then to receive the collector items?

It's the same version to download the normal and the CE, what you change is the key you use to register the game on SE, you should get a mail ingame with the itens after register the game.

Nah i'm having the same issue, i registered the code bought the full ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game with the full price, login to the game follow each step, activate the steam cd code, go to the white flying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ marshmellow of a moogle and nothing is there not a single item that the endwalker edition purchase claims i should be getting

Go to the mail moogle. There's a little button along the top row that is a request for purchased items to be sent to you. Push it. Log out. Wait 2 minutes. Log back in.

If you don't have mail then, go contact customer support. Chat will be the fastest to resolve your particular issue.
