Collector edition not showing up

So i bought the dawntrail collector edition but for some reason it is not showing up in my dlc list ( i have ff14 dawntrail and ff14 dawntrail pre purchase on there but nothing about collector edition ), the same is true for CD Key ( i have the CD key for pre purchase but nothing about collector edition )

Checking the Steam CD key shows I only have the pre-order EA. It does not show the collectors edition CD key. Hopefully they get issued before Friday.

I have. Received and submitted and I have my mount.

right click game in library -> manage -> CD keys for anyone who doesn't know where to look

Just bought CE, I checked right click game in library -> manage -> CD keys
I only see Pre-Purchase Bonus Content

No Game Code, No CE Code. I can't even play the DLC

I bought mine weeks ago and I still don't have the CE code yet, shows that I own it, just no Key in the key list.

I got my code on the same day as Early Access launch, but since I couldn't enter it until today I did nothing with it. It is now NOT showing in my CD keys.

Quickly checked to see if restarting Steam would refresh its key library in any way

I had pre access key + ce key as i had purchased it, when i tried to enter it do it said ce key can only be used "..after official launch.."
and now i wanna try it and.. the key is no longer showing up in the steam-library.

Yeah this is what happened to me. Had the CE Key on EA day. Now, nothing.

Im running into the same issue, I pre ordered weeks ahead of time had the CD Key but it was invalid until launch but now when I go to check my CD key for it's just gone.

holy heck. I input mine, I have my mount and stuff...and the key is gone, lol. (I went to check what it was called to tell somebody). I have everything else there still. this is wild. STEAM WHAT ARE YOU DOING.

I also had a preorder and CE key. Now the CE key is gone.
