Squenix needs to crackdown on gooners

I'm sick of going anywhere on the internet and seeing these people modding their characters to be goonbait and tagging their posts with official tags because

1) those are monitored by Squenix
2) they falsely portray the game
3) they're bringing more "people" similar to the OP.
4) most of the people that use mods like Mare, cannot read the warnings the plugin creators make, and complain about issues they created themselves and complain about it on twitter and other social medias, bringing attention to it from the wrong people (Squenix)

tl;dr: if you mod your game and publicly talk about it, you deserve your account getting banned because you failed to read TOS on anything o7

They're not hurting anyone. Mind your own business. I will never understand why people have to try to deny other people from doing something just because they don't like it.

Of course Square Enix is aware of them, they even had to make a public statement about it because, yes, some people are stupid and post them in some of the dumbest places without even tagging them as inappropriate. But they also haven't done anything about it, and that speaks volumes.

the people that do these poses are some of the worst degenerates you'll ever come across.

There's RPers in Ul'dah that play as lalafell and do whatever they can to make their lalas "Child-Coded", and these people are perpetuating the idea that lalas are children and should be barred from any/every RP Venue. and they're getting away with it, no matter how reports you drop on them.

Also: the large majority of ffixv players (like you) seem to normalize weird sexual behaviors ingame or off platform. it's sickening

Cause you can't report them if they are doing nothing wrong? If they are engaging in (E)RP in private channels then they are doing nothing wrong just like anyone else. Despite what so many seem to think, there is nothing in the ToS against ERP or other sexual activities as long as it is done through private channels. It's the idiots typing sexually implicit and explicit stuff in Say chat and ♥♥♥♥ that get reported and banned, and rightfully so. Everything else is fine.

And yes, I do normalize it. It's a way to have fun. :3

iunno why you dont block those peoples or reporting them. that would be way more efficient then whining here in the forum about it.

you are like those peoples with their account issues which come here into the steam forum and forgetting that we can not help them and then cry about how horrible the community is because we tell them to GO TO THE SQUARE ENIX SUPPORT!!! >_>.

I agree that the people who mod their games and go public and basically advertise, post pics, videos, official tags, etc. are stupid and deserve to be more aggressively actioned/banned.

Square is very generous and lenient if you just keep your mouth shut. If you can't manage that then there should be no leniency and no sympathy.
